Hi, I'm Victoria Farias, a children's author and the creator of BetaShelf. My debut picture book, Bella's Journey, taught me how important beta reader feedback is, and how painful the process can be.

I was emailing PDFs, chasing readers for updates, copying feedback into spreadsheets, and losing track of who had read what. I thought: there has to be a better way. When I couldn't find one that did exactly what I needed, I built it.

Why BetaShelf exists

BetaShelf is the tool I wished I had when I was revising my own manuscript. A single private link for your readers. Structured feedback that actually helps you revise. Writing tools that catch what your eyes miss after the tenth read-through. And the peace of mind that your unpublished work is protected.

I use BetaShelf on my own manuscripts. Every feature exists because I needed it, or because a writer like you told me they needed it.

What I believe
