Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on BetaShelf, operated by BetaShelf LLC. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Refund requests are reviewed in line with this policy.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

If you were charged in error, or believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us and we will make it right.

Digital products (ebooks & downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, ebooks and other digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been delivered or downloaded. We will, however, issue a refund if:

  • the file is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix it;
  • the product was paid for but never delivered; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a problem with an order, please reach out through our Contact page. Include the email address used at checkout and, if applicable, your order or receipt number. We aim to respond to all refund requests within a few business days.
